Begin with a memory. Watch your life story take shape.

  1. Begin anywhere

Answer a prompt or write the moment already on your mind. A few lines are enough.

  2. Gather what belongs together

Add photographs, people, places, and connections. Refine the story while its original stays with it.

  3. Shape your Life Book

Choose the stories, arrange the chapters, preview the pages, and download a reading PDF.

The story beyond the photograph

Keep the details only you can tell.

What made everyone laugh? Who showed up when it mattered? Which place still feels like home?

Save those details for yourself, or sit beside someone you love and help them tell the story in their own words.

Do I need to be a good writer?

No. Begin with a few sentences, one small detail, or an answer to a prompt. Return whenever you are ready. Your original words stay alongside later revisions.

What can I make with my stories?

Build an organized archive of memories, people, places, and photographs. Choose stories for your Life Book, arrange its chapters, preview the pages, and download a reading PDF.

Where should I start?

Start wherever the memory feels clearest: a kitchen, a journey, a person, or an ordinary day you still remember. Add dates and connections as you go.

Can I include photographs?

Yes. Add photographs to your media library, connect them to stories, and choose images and captions for your Life Book.

Can I keep a copy outside the app?

Yes. Download a reading PDF from your Life Book. Account & backups also lets you export a complete archive backup, including your media.

What does membership include?

Annual membership is $129 and includes one hardcover credit for a Life Book of up to 250 pages. Shipping, applicable taxes, and premium finishes are separate.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. TalestoKeep.com works in your browser on a phone, tablet, or computer. On supported devices, you can also add it to your home screen.

Where is my archive saved?

This version requires a free account for your private archive; membership is optional. Create an account or sign in before you start.

Can I use it offline?

Open the app online first. Saved interviews and previously opened stories remain available offline. Cloud sync and AI need a connection. Keep regular backups.

How does AI help with my story?

AI assistance is optional. When you choose it, interview content is sent to OpenAI and requires sign-in and a connection. Your original words remain available, and you review every draft before using it.

Can I order a printed book?

You can download a reading PDF. Hardcover ordering appears only when enabled for your account and still requires a printer proof, availability check, and checkout.
